- Water: 240 ml
- Flour: 8 g
- Cornstarch: 8 g

Method
1.
Mix oil, water, flour, cornstarch and salt.

Pan fry dumplings as usual and when they are almost golden brown add enough of the mixture to create a thin layer. Cover and let steam for at medium heat. Uncover, medium high heat for a couple of minutes until it becomes crispy.
