Ingredients
- Red wine: 1 bottle
- Whole cardamom: 20
- Cloves: 12
- Cinnamon: 4 stick

- Sugar: 400 g
- Rum (opt): 200 ml
- Water (opt): 100-200 ml
- Raisins (opt)
- Almonds (opt)
- Orange slices (opt)
Method
1.
Mix red wine, whole cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, star anise, sugar. Heat it until it steams but doesn't boil.

Let it cook on low heat for . Strain and add rum and/or water.
